Emailed issue at 8am. Was phoned back at 8:40 am. Issue discussed and advice given. Plumber arrived early afternoon, as indicated. 10 mins notice given. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Issue resolved temporarily, as discussed on phone in the morning, and long-term plan made. No nasty surprises. Great service – would highly recommend!
